General Business Terms (GBTs) Agile Austria Conference 2023:
One ticket is valid for the entry of one person to the conference on October 12th and 13th 2023. Tickets are not bound to names. Tickets are not bound to names.
Reproduction, unauthorized selling of tickets, as well as sharing of promotion codes without permission by the organizer is forbidden and will be punished according to law.
I herewith agree by registering for the event that I am consenting to pictures, audio and video material created as part of the event may be published on event related websites and (social-) media.
I consent that JIPP.IT GmbH may use my contact data (name, address, e-mail, phone number, company) to inform me about products, services and events via mail or email.
I agree that my contact data (name, address, e-mail, phone number, company) is passed from JIPP.IT GmbH to the co-organizers of the Agile Austria Conference (APUS Software GmbH, BearingPoint GmbH, Parkside Informationstechnologie GmbH) and that they are entitled to inform me about products, services or events via mail or email.
In addition to this no personal data is passed on, sold or transferred to third parties. You have the right of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection regarding your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the following e-mail address: office@agile-austria.org or inform the data protection authority.
If you do not want to receive information or newsletters please revoke your consent via email to office@agile-austria.org . We will immediately delete your data, also in connection with the newsletter mailing. The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003).
Terms of cancellation:
Tickets may be cancelled before September 12th 2023 with return of the full amount. Tickets cancelled between September 12th and September 28th 2023 require a 50% cancellation fee. Tickets cancelled after September 29th 2023 require a 100% cancellation fee. Tickets can be transferred to another person without fees.
If the on-site event cannot be held due to force majeure (environmental disaster, pandemic, fire, strike, etc.), the participants will be informed immediately. The participants will be refunded the difference on the online ticket. A claim for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs as well as loss of working hours is excluded. On-site conference tickets automatically become online conference tickets. If the online/on-site event that has already begun has to be shortened or cancelled due to force majeure, the participants are not entitled to a refund of the ticket fee. If the online event cannot be held as well due to force majeure (pandemic, illness, etc.), the participants will receive their money back. (Austrian law applies).
