Cancellation policy for ticket purchases for the Agile Austria Conference 2025

Terms of cancellation:
Cancellations before 30 December 2024 are free of charge. Cancellations between 30 December 2024 and 15 January 2025 are estimated at 50% of the ticket price. Tickets cancelled after 16 January 2025 are charged at 100% of the ticket price. Tickets can be transferred to another person without fees.
If the on-site event cannot be held due to force majeure (environmental disaster, pandemic, fire, strike, etc.), the participants will be informed immediately. The participants will be refunded the difference on the online ticket. A claim for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs as well as loss of working hours is excluded. On-site conference tickets automatically become online conference tickets. If the online/on-site event that has already begun has to be shortened or cancelled due to force majeure, the participants are not entitled to a refund of the ticket fee. If the online event cannot be held as well due to force majeure (pandemic, illness, etc.), the participants will receive their money back. (Austrian law applies).
