Wolfgang is an IT leader with 30 years of experience across over 100 international projects on three continents, spanning roles from 3rd Level Support to CEO of JIPP.IT GmbH in Austria.
As a passionate agile coach and trainer, he’s active in the agile community, and founded the Agile Austria Conference. Wolfgang’s expertise bridges traditional and agile project management, organizational structures, and agile software development. Subjects he explored in his dissertation. With a diverse academic background in project management, computer science, business, and psychology, he combines technical skills with a keen understanding of people.
Beyond tech, he brings creativity to his work through his love of singing and creating agile-themed cover songs.
