Agilität entfaltet ihre nachhaltige Wirkung erst dann, wenn Organisationen Verantwortung für das gesamte System übernehmen. Dieser Vortrag beleuchtet Nachhaltigkeit nicht als Trend oder Zusatzinitiative, sondern als Ergebnis bewusster struktureller Entscheidungen.
Im Mittelpunkt steht Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) als kohärentes Organisationsdesign. Ausgehend von der Unterscheidung zwischen Output, Outcome und Impact zeigt der Talk, wie LeSS kontinuierliches Lernen, reduzierte Verschwendung und langfristige Wertschöpfung ermöglicht. Das LeSS Complete Picture dient dabei als Orientierung für eine lernfähige Struktur, in der Nachhaltigkeit nicht postuliert, sondern praktisch verankert wird.
