Leading a team is hard, whether in sports or business. It’s about your relationships with people. And how you approach them will set the tone of how the team will work.
In this session we will take a look at some attributes of leadership, using the wit and wisdom of Ted Lasso, from the award-winning Apple TV show, “Ted Lasso”. With examples from the show, we’ll learn how these skills and ideas can help guide us on our leadership journey.

Matt is a former cartographer and software developer. He has over 25 years of experience building products, with the last 8 serving as an agile leader.
