Cancellations between March 15 and March 29, 2027 will be charged at 25% of the ticket price. Cancellations made between March 30 and April 13, 2027, wil be charged at 50% of the ticket price. Cancellations made on or after April 14, 2027 will be charged at 100% ot fhe ticket sprice.  Tickets can be transferred to another person without fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the on-site event cannot be held due to force majeure (environmental disaster, pandemic, fire, strike, etc.), the participants will be informed immediately. The participants will be refunded the difference on the online ticket. A claim for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs as well as loss of working hours is excluded. On-site conference tickets automatically become online conference tickets. If the online\/on-site event that has already begun has to be shortened or cancelled due to force majeure, the participants are not entitled to a refund of the ticket fee. If the online event cannot be held as well due to force majeure (pandemic, illness, etc.), the participants will receive their money back.
