The Agile Austria Conference is not only about sharing knowledge and networking, but also about making a positive social impact. Already in 2021, we, the organizers, decided to donate all net proceeds from ticket and sponsorship revenues to charity. Meaningful leisure activities should not be a privilege \u2013 that\u2019s why Hobby Lobby Styria offers free recreational programs to more than 300 children and young people from socioeconomically disadvantaged families in Graz and the surrounding area. In these courses, participants strengthen their skills and develop new abilities that support their further educational and professional paths. Hobby Lobby participants can also be trained as co-instructors through a Youth Leaders Program, enabling them to pass on their knowledge to other children. This learning outside of school is essential for the personal development of young people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

“Lack of financial resources often systematically excludes children and young people from paid leisure activities and, as a result, from informal education. Our vision is a world in which education happens anytime and anywhere. Every child should have the same opportunities to discover and realize their potential. For over 30 years, RAINBOWS has been supporting children and young people across Austria as they cope with the separation or divorce of their parents or the loss of a loved one. During these challenging times, they experience a rollercoaster of emotions: grief, anger, despair, and fear are constant companions for these children.<\/p>

The Kindertraum Foundation focuses on the dreams of children with serious illnesses or disabilities. The range of children’s dreams is as diverse as the children themselves – from more independence (thanks to an assistance dog) to increased freedom of movement (with the help of a disability-friendly bicycle).<\/p>

Maximilian’s dream came true thanks to our donation!<\/strong> A diabetic alert dog now stands faithfully by his side and warns him of impending hypoglycaemia or hyperglycaemia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Schlupfhaus offers adolescents and young adults easily accessible, free emergency assistance. The facility can also be used as an emergency sleeping place (without staying overnight). Schlupfhaus is open 365 days a year to anyone between the ages of 12 and 21.<\/p>

A loving home for every child. This is what SOS Children’s Villages is committed to in Austria and around the world. Children and adolescents who, cannot live with their families either temporarily or long-term, find stable structures, security and reliable relationships at SOS Children’s Villages.<\/p>
